RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We get it. Sometimes things don't fit the way you were hoping. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return unworn and unwashed items for store credit within 14 days of receiving them. Items may only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges. For overs over $50 we advise you to select a service with package tracking or insurance, as we are not responsible for items until they are received back at our warehouse.
Upon approval, store credit will issued within 1-2 weeks after package has been received and inspected by our team via email.
Items that do not follow the guidelines that are returned will not be issued store credit and you will need to be responsible for any shipping costs to return back to sender.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they leave our warehouse. Please take up concerns regarding packages with USPS immediately. We do not replace any lost or stolen packages. Regarding international shipping and customs, please note you will be responsible for all fees.
** Reminder, we offer Priority and First Class options for shipping, all orders will still be process in the same time frame, only shipping will be faster.
If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 5 days of receiving the item. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, we are not responsible. Don't worry; we will cover the cost of shipping if you receive the incorrect or damaged items.
